  3. It might help for the driver to write it down, as a short story, 5-6 sentences. I drove the train and a child jumped in front of my train. He wanted to kill himself. This made me feel (frightened/surprised/fearful) because he was (young/crying/staring at me.) I did not want him to die. (optional; The fact that he was so young, scared me. Young children should be happy. I can't compute his suffering/decision.) I pumped the breaks and the train stopped. He was unhappy about this. The fact that he responded so heavily, made me scared/sad/angry/shocked.) The thought of what could have happened scares me. The thought that .(....) scares me. The thought of (....) makes me sad. The good thing that happened is that I stopped in time. He was taken to a place to get help. The people were happy I acted so quick. They were proud of me. ~Fin~ It's the whole story, combined. If things ever feel overwhelming or your anxiety/fear starts making this bigger than you want it to be, you can read it again.

  4. I know you should take threats serious, but if someone threatens to put a bomb somewhere...would he spend so much time on placing one, and warning you after? Wouldn't it be easier to expect that the people with actual bombs are not going to tell you where they placed them? Or am I being silly?
