I agree with you. And you can have all of those unicorns if you want.
Personally, I like Family Guy, but every now and then, there's a joke that has people laughing for the wrong reasons, as you suggested.
I remember sitting with guys that laughed their asses of when Glenn was trapped in the 'Hold-her-down-2000' and made comments about how those'd be good to use on their unwilling girlfriends (I wonder why they were unwilling..)
I mean, that joke was not making the world a better place. There's some of those jokes that do the complete opposite of what they're trying to achieve.
Instead of showing how weird/stupid some actions are, they've become 'goals' for people.
Me and my sister know most of the episodes and once we hear a joke coming up that we hate, we automatically skip to another channel, then look at each other and say; 'That'll be bout 10 seconds, right?'
Then we skip back after 10 seconds and enjoy the rest of the show.
Some people think it's 'childish' or 'weird' but we watch Family Guy to relax and enjoy, we are not obligated to watch each sketch, especially not if it involves rape or violence. That, in combination with the doubtfull motivation (bullying-theme) would just ruin our evening. We'd rather enjoy the actual jokes that are left in the show.
TLDR: I agree with you
