Youknowwhat, I feel that it's a set-up. The lady had her hair and make up perfectly done, the way that she turned to face the camera, the way that they loudly announced she was rude, so that we wouldn't feel bad for her...it's a set-up. Also, (if it had been real) I would've offered to help her open the door, because that's how you teach people that are rude, that maybe they should adjust their attitude a bit. If anything, this woman would've been even more bitchy now. It doesn't help shit.

What she learned (if it had been real) is that she was told by her boss to get coffee, that she felt underappreciated, that she was in a rush and hoped to be on time for the meeting, that she was getting angry looks, that nobody offered to help, that her clothes were messed up and that now, she was going to look like a fool and that everyone laughed at her. That's how Pixar movie-villains get created dude. Talking about petty vibes. I'm glad to see many others in this thread that seem to have the good type of energy! Same here, would've definitely shown her the right example and helped her (if it wasn't superfake, which is it, the whole group and the lady are in on it.)

@socialcat4748 If you spilled blazing hot coffee all over yourself, you'd be emitted to the hospital with third degree burns. I don't think she coïncidentally had 50 ice-coffee's in her arms, do you? And coffee with loads of sugar makes the hot coffee stick to her skin even more, causing the burns to become more severe. I don't know your age, but if you think you can handle it, google 'coffee burns' and see if that response from the lady was sufficient to be real.

It's a set-up and also, I can tell you that Karma doesn't teach that woman anything (if it had been real.) Only that her boss is against her, her colleagues use her as a mule, the staff is unhelpful, that rude teenagers are videotaping her and that now, the wind is against her too. This is how Pixar creates the villains in their movies. A shirt full of scolding hot coffee never made anyone a better person.

The video was a set up, but Diana you are absolutely right. In real life, she would've been suffering from horrible burns all over her chest. Not really a nice punishment for someone that's being used as the office-mule to get everyone's coffee.
