Youknow, the American way. Harsher. There'll be no time to learn otherwise, no time to redeem or ask for forgiveness, no time to better yourself. Shame, pain and death.   2. +Catalogus All of this shittalking and then one day you angrily push your mother in law and she falls down the stairs and you have to give up 6 years of your fricking life because of that accident. Be happy that you don't get wrongly convicted and executed. 4% of deathrow in the USA is innocent. Imagine that..going through a hell of being beaten, raped, murdered and your family crying on your grave when the cops are force to admit you were innocent.

(Not only is Johnny entertaining to watch, the amount of info he crams into his 20 minute speeches is astounding.) Also, there are so many more video's of John Oliver on these sortof things. I've highlighted the ones to start with (in that order, I suggest.) The ones that aren't highlighted are easier to follow if you've already seen the highlighted ones. . There's John Oliver - Prison (the lifes there and the way things go) John oliver - Prison re-entry (how humans are basically boomerangs, broken in the middle by the system, so they keep coming back.) John Oliver - Bail (How "Bounty-hunters" (with no license) are given the task of threathening people with bills, sometimes shooting them dead in the process) John Oliver - Mandatory minimums (John Oliver explains why they treat some Thanksgiving-turkeys better than most low-level offenders.)   4. +helmer But what else do you suggest? You dó realize how expensive it is to keep someone in prison, right? If the man was still hostile, they wouldn't release him after 5 years. But to feed/clothe him from taxmoney if he can also easily be in a program for people with disabilities and work for society...why not?

  5. What he means is, that in America, they can jail you if you grow a weedplant or if you've sold a little weed here and there. If it's election-season for the judges, they will put people in jail for a small offense.
