  1. Funny how you call him cutter, in Dutch kutter means the one that is "cunting around" or..fucking around. Not literally, but someone that messes with items and drops them or damages a chair while shoving it around. Kutten / cunting and the one that cunts is the kutter. If you are fidgetting with bits of video and it goes wrong and he messes up, he would be called a kutter.
