  1. Today it's Christmas and I never over-eated this much. There's no abdominal pain, but I have serious acid reflux and it's making my throat "cramp up" which is terrifying. It's gotten less, as I consumed more water and walked outside for a bit, but I definitely went too far this time. People kept asking me'; 'Who wants more of this?!' and I kept answering; 'Me' and between yesterday and today, I had about 3 gigantic slices of sugarbread, croissants, about 4 breadbuns, steak, egg, pancakes, lots of chocolate, ice cream, meringue, cake/pie (whipped cream) and loads of fruit, but mainly the sweet ones and then pizza. Also, I forgot, in total about 14 large whip-cream-filled chocolate-things. And I'm a thin girl that usually gets in trouble vomity-wise after a kidsmeal at McDonalds. I noticed something was wrong when my mouth went réálly dry and I couldn't swallow anymore, so I started choking on bread and steak (luckily managed to spit it out.) I thought nothing of it and got more ice cream. And then more ice cream. And then tried the steak again. It took me ages to realize what I was doing and why I couldn't swallow the steak and had to keep spitting it out. And now it's 00:41 and I'm sitting here with a waterglass, waiting for my stomach-acids to calm down. I never have this, I hate it and it's extremely scary, because every time I swallow, I have to actively pull my dry tongue away from the roof of my mouth again, because it keeps sticking and then it blocks the airway. It's gotten a lot better since I drank another liter of water, I'm now calmly adding sips. I very very much regret what I did. Near the end of dinner, it was more like a game of some sort, not even genuine hunger or enjoyment of the food. That was stupid.
