Actually, ever since I had to get my blood checked every few months, I have lost my fear of needles a bit. I still don't want them in my mouth, so I get my cavities treated without numbing or anything. But it had changed my idea of tattoos as well. I heard that sometimes you could ask if you could get a bit done without ink, if you're really considering it and want to know if you can handle the pain. Some describe it as 'scratching your skin with a nail' and others describe it as sandpaper, but in your skin. Others say it tickles or is like a sharp fingernail that keeps scratching. I don't know, I think I don't want tattoo's but without my fear of needles, I start to understand people better. And also people that got piercings btw.
