  1. I'll just go and ruin the mood then, and say that he sleeps like that because of breedingproblems. That dog will never not-feel-like-he-suffocates. It's just that he is used to it, so you don't notice it. But that is why some dogs (also pugs) snort or nasally squeak when excited. They have been misbred for ages.
