  1. Agreed. And the sound of cutlery scraping against eachother in the drawer is awful to me. It's nice from a distance, when it sounds like ringing bells. But if you stand in front and it is heavy cutlery, ooohhh it can make me cry. Also, weird thing perhaps, but machines in factories that start up and go very slow, but then faster and faster in an annoying rhythm. (Like rolling on the river, that starts slow and then goes faster.) And a machine going on maximum speed and 'screeching.' Like a washingmachine going 'HIIIIIIIÉÉÉÉÉÉÉÉHHHH!!!!' I'll add more, I know I have them in a list on my computer. Sounds I like and dislike. Don't ask me why, I am just weird like that.

  2. Ooohh I think I know what you mean. You mean schoolbooks, like the shiny pages? Not the kids-plastic-bathbooks right? I know what you mean (I think) and the smell of those pages is horrible too. @avolist

Okay here we go; - Standing close to (Amsterdam) Streetorgans when they are loud - Sitting in church and hearing very, very heavy and loud organ-music and you can't leave and you can feel the massive wave of music slamming into your face through the air. - Childrens laughter. Sorry, I work(ed) with kids, but many of them have "fake loud laughs" and I silently tolerate it but GOD it is annoying. - (Heavy) Airplanes flying over loudly - The intro noise from THX - People sucking their fingers after cooking and making a loud "Pffwhoom"-noise per finger. - Alicia Keys her songs - Kelly Clarkson screaming "Underneath the tree" after the buildup-moment in her Christmas Song "Underneath the tree." - The song Gypsy Woman (Ladadee Ladieda) - The song Crazy by Charles Barkley - The instrumental part of Pendulum - Fasten your Seatbelts (the part that sounds like a fat, farting duck.) - The rhythm (not the music or the voice necessarily) of Californication. Like: - The sound of a properly filled basketball that lightly bounces on your hand. - Airplanes flying over softly, or with a comforting buzzing. Sometimes on late summer evenings I nearly falll asleep when they come over. - Windows 95 opening-tune - The Celesta-melody from the marketplace-scene in Rusalochka (movie) right after the loud and slightly annoying choir.
