I believe that 'tattoo' is made of powder. A.k.a. it's gone instantly.

@darcyliz9993 Oh it sure is...but they made it seem as if it would last..well...a day or so. This wouldn't stand a chance if the wind blew on it once.

@darcyliz9993 But, as I just said..the reason the print is on there, is because he rubbed the powder (powder) onto her hand. It's laying on there, loosely now. Like powdered sugar or cinnamon. Same substance.
