  1. Yeah, as someone with PTSD from other sources, disrupting sleep in such a manner is not funny to me anymore. Sleeping on the job means you don't get enough rest. Your body being so exhausted that you basically collapse is not something to be punished for. Call me a cottonbud all you want but I would gently pat the guy on the shoulder and whisper; 'Hey buddy, everything okay? You fell asleep.'
