  1. I once witnessed a girl aged 3 or 4 being restrained by 5 aunties and the claires-lady and she was screaming like crazy. She sat in the shoppingwindow and my stomach turned. She was screaming NoOOOOOo please NO and they did it anyway. I looked away, I wanted to yell at them but I was 16 and did not have the guts to do so. It is despicable. Babies and kids are not your accessories. I have studied Pedagogic Work and to people that claim that they forget the pain, I uaually ask them if they would pierce their dogs ears the same way, even if they start yowling and try to get away. If they say; No way that's cruel!" I say: Tadah.

  3. I was 14 when I got my ears pierced and made the decision myself. It was a very empowering moment. I decided whether my body would be pierced to hang jewelry in. I am not a Christmastree, I decide if and when I get decorated.
