@AnimalsAndReports You can't get beheaded, they hang vertically. We do have a saying; 'Heb je een tik van de molen gehad?' or 'Hij heeft een tik van de molen gehad.' Meaning; 'Did you get hit by the windmill?' or 'He has been hit by the windmill.' It being said when someone is acting weird.
