  4.  @golpherboy13  I will respond to that, here I go: 1. Kindof sad that you're worrying about the paperwork." ....wasn't this about taxpayers money? Which one of us started about the taxpayers money? I seem to remember you were worried about the costs and you felt it was a good idea to save money so the poor taxpayers didn't have to suffer. Now I've confirmed (a few times) that life in prison is cheaper...and you tell me it's kindof sad that I am so "worried" about the "paperwork." You're twisting and turning more like a glitchy pile of freshly summoned cabbages, dear Gopher. Are you this cowardly in the game too, not being able to admit you might've been wrong? Or at the least, have the decency to respond to all the information I give you? It's 2 in the night here, I'm trying to explain something to you and you seem to take none of it. 2. "I'm not the only one (..) There are countries where (...) believe they kill the people in the street in front of everyone to show you that if you do this, this is what will happen to you." Yes, there are also countries that have children standing alongside the street, asking; 'You give me 10 dollar for a blowjob?' Just because one despicable country does something, doesn't mean it justifies that the US does it too. You are an independent country, aren't you? Act like it then. 3. "I think once you show the people what happens for committing crimes they will go down by a lot." I can answer you that they also did a study on that, the answer is 'No, they don't care.' Criminals know they might get shot after a robbery and die. They might get hit with a bat and die. They might get kicked in the nuts, hit in the face, electrocuted by a fence, they might fall to their death. They know all the risks and still do it. They have made peace with death, why else would they so carelessly perform those acts, knowing what risks lie ahead? People that perform crimes this way (instead of sneakily stealing money like rich folk do) have nothing to lose, only their life. And their life is miserable, so they try making it better. And if it's not better, then to hell with it, you can have it. Source: https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/crime-and-punishment/201804/why-punishment-doesnt-reduce-crime (who am I kidding, you're not going to read that. You're going to drag another argument into this and blame me for 'not getting it.') 4. "What will cost more money in the long run? Locking people up for life or taking their life away and ending it right there." I just told you that. I'm going to ask a serious question, please answer it seriously. Are you currently high or drunk or both? Because you are missing the one and only point that I keep repeating. One full human life in prison is cheaper than one death, done the legal way. One full human life in prison is cheaper than one death, done the legal way. One full human life in prison is cheaper than one death, done the legal way. ONE FULL HUMAN LIFE IN PRISON IS CHEAPER THAN ONE DEATH, DONE THE LEGAL WAY. Thank you for reading, I really hope we understand each other now.

  9.  @TheRindy84  Any pitbull-mix comes from the same breed, the pitbull-types. Which means she is part pitbull-type, that means she has the pitbull-genes. You said 'our dog was not bred' as if only purebred dogs will have a pitbull-gene. No, any pitbull-type comes from a breed that, in 1990 was legally being bred to be agressive and not show before attacking (etc.) It's like saying; 'Sure, the colour green was invented to ruin your eyes, but...hey, our jar of limegreen came from someone's garage.' And me saying; That is still green...that is still green! It doesn't matter where it came from, if it has green, it has green!' You said 'Dogs don't know size' as if they are blind. I'm not even going to respond to that. A pitbull that sees a chihuahua and thinks it's trying to intimidate, will not take that. It might be apprehensive when it encounters a great dane at first, but a chihuahua is dead, instantly. My neighbours had a chihuahua, that ran around loose and stood next to a pitbull on the lawn. The pitbull looked down, the chihuahua barked, but not in anger, it wanted to play. The pitbull walked over, the chihuahua hopped towards him and with a nonchalant move, the pitbull picked up it, took it in his mouth, snapped the neck, spit him back out and waddled over to lay on the lawn. No remorse or regrets, no realisation of what he'd just done and zero feeling when it came to the crying owners. I can't imagine a cockerspaniel responding like that, and yet the amount of pitbulls that do this, are through the roof. You said 'you're right in that pitbulls have a powerful biteforce' which is funny, because that's not what I said. They don't have a more powerful biteforce at all, that is a myth. They have a different way of biting down, they tear off the flesh rather than bite into it. You said; 'I've seen more problems with small dogs' but I don't think you realise what kind of problems we're talking about. We're not talking about Pommeranians getting upset and barky or hanging in someone's ankles. I'm not here to compare pocketknifes and handgrenades. One gives you a cut, the other tears your hand off. You're absolutely right in saying that smaller dogs behavioural problems are not seen as problematic in comparison to pitbulls, because (your quote) "unless you get bitten and nearly lose an eye, a bandage usually takes care of it." So when a chihuahua loses his shit, you need a bandage. And when a pitbull loses his shit, you lose your fucking life. In more than 63% of the severely-injured-and-need-an-operation-cases of dogbites, it was a pitbull-breed. There's never been a chihuahua agressive enough to tear the face off of a baby, appareantely. And yet the pitbull is able to do so in a heartbeat. You're saying large breed owners are given more societal expectations, as if that is something you do not agree with. If I own a piece of paper and I can cut you with it...I'm expected to be a bit careful with that. I can run with it, I can leave it around kids and they'll be okay. If you own a pair of scissors, you're expected not to run with it, not to leave it around kids and not to gesture with it to someone, not to 'stab' it in the air, etc.etc.... all things that I am able to do with my piece of paper. Because as you said...one "bite" of my paper-Pomeranian is a papercut and one stab with your Pitbullmix-scissors and you've got a big problem on your hands.

  13. +Rastaman 1. The parents were probably convinced that this was similar to the monkey-safari park, with well-behaved calm animals. They did not consider the cheeta's and other aimals to be actually dangerous, simply because of all the other safari parks, where you cán leave the car and pet the animals. 2. Just because they made a mistake, doesn't mean you can take away the children from their biological parents and give them to well-intended strangers. If the parents are sexually abusing the children, they obviously need to get out of the toxic situation. In this situation...the toxic situation has been and gone. I can assure you they do not have any cheeta's at home. So..apart from perhaps stupidity on the parent's side (whether this was an honest mistake or stupidity, is still the question...) the child is safe at home now. The parents learned their lesson and assumingly get a lot of counseling. Would it help the child, to leave their bed, their home, everything they know and be shipped off to a strangers home, without their parents, where they will cry for nights and feel abandoned and scared, because the parents have made a mistake in the past that is no longer relevant (since there are no cheeta's in the appartment?) Why let the child suffer tremendously for that? 3. Why are you trying to justify it by saying Kids have been taken away for less? Yeah, sure, so....everything needs to go according to that law, no matter what the situation is? Person A was given jailtime for stealing a car, so Person B that makes a similar mistake without the intent to steal, hás to get jailtime also. What kindof American BS is this? Jail is not the solution to everything, it's the cause of a lot of misery. Dangerous people that want to rape, belong in jail. It's not a punishment-mechanism, it's to keep dangerous people off the street.
