  2. +TopNote They're not supposed to be 'mean' to the innocent. Also..'a bit mean' is silly when you're talking about intimidation. Borrowing a pencil and snapping it in half, that's a bit mean. Having a gun pointed at your face is a deaththreat. (If it were a criminal, it would be. Why would it make a difference if it's a triggerhappy cop?) Believe me, you can be a pro and nót be 'mean' to the people. Also, it always pays to focus on hard crime instead of people that might walk around without an I.D. or that have a drivers license that is 2 months past the legal date.
