@Chris Lee It's not about one that might get ill, there's no way a homeless person can sue a company, not to mention, the situation including a 'gift' (like a food-donation) can never be sued over. It's about keeping their 'standards' up and making the food exclusive, rather than letting people know their uneaten food goes to the homeless. It's not rational, only psychological.
