As an engineer that worked for Tesla’s battery and solar group, I’d be interested to understand where you think Peter is 10-years out of date on the green front. My guess is that you’re the one that’s out of date, or more likely were never up to date to begin with.

@runswithraptors What A LOAD OF CRAP!!!!! Venezuela collapsed because of socialism and only socialism. The fact that they had oil was what enabled them to prop up a political system that always fails and kept it going longer than it would have otherwise lasted. With your comment you have a lot of nerve calling someone else a ‘dummy’.

@AnthonyJMendoza-f7i Norway’s ‘socialist utopia’ is 90% supported with North Sea oil. Norway is the worst possible example of Socialism as they are heavily subsidized by government controlled oil revenues. Without oil revenue, Norway is a failed state.

@bjarnesegaard5701 Good one. Not true, but funny. Thanks for the laugh. I understand that people want the green revolution now, but the technology, investment, sourcing of materials, manufacturing process, grid re-alignment even a clear path to realization DO NO EXIST at this time. We will get there, but fossil fuels will be the primary source of energy for at least the next four or five decades and will continue to be utilized to varying degrees for well over 100 years. You can claim that Peter is out of date here or there, but that’s all in the minutia. He is 100% correct on the big issues that will ultimately determine how, when and if this becomes reality.
