Were those mass murders spontaneous or not, it makes no difference. Ask Jews themselves. It is strange that you do pay such a great attention to this issue, it seems just as a real whitewashing of Lithuanian nationalists who constitute yet a great majority of the locals until today. They are sure that nationalism is morally permitted for a small nation for the purpose of survival. Had anybody ever revealed it to you?

  2. ​ @HistoryHustle  If so, Sir, then a strawman is not me, but such a historian who correctly declares his objectivity, while depending on his Lithuanian friends and informers. It is just they who are interested in camouflaging their tribal nationalism in front of civilized foreigners. They ascribe their tribal nationalism to separate exclusive criminals. Or, it was also suggested many years ago by them that the murdered males were captured supervisors from Kaunas jail (in this case, even me think it would be regarded as kind of justification for Pavalkis because cruelty must trigger cruelty). And generally unless Germans (nationalists suggest hypocritically), nothing similar would occur in Lithuania since there was no tradition of Jewish pogroms (which is true if we mind just violence). Do you know female researcher's Rūta Vanagaitė story several years ago? (she is ethnic Lithuanian, one of rare really honest persons here). Show your reasons concerning Pavalkis genuine Jews, may be I am really wrong.
