  1.  @itsallmyfault264  Like a small car changing lane hit by a larger semi truck in that lane, the vehicle staying in its own lane has the right of road and the lane-changing vehicle is fully responsible for the collision. It doesn't matter the smaller vehicle was hit in the middle or not.

  2. My question is: Even if the copter pilot misidentified the two commercial planes mentioned by the control tower, HOW DID HIS EYES MISS THE SHINING LIGHTS ON EITHER OF THE TWO COMMERCIAL PLANES? It doesn't make sense.
