  1.  @jevgenijssmirnovs495  In 1990s, Russian promised to keep the Russian-Ukraine borders unchanged in order to extract all nukes deployed in Ukraine (actually more than half Soviet's nukes were deployed in Ukraine). Well, we all know what a Russian promise is, much like an Indian gift. 😆
