From May 1945 to July 1945 he was running a caretaker government which had no real power to do anything that's non-conforming to existing policies. When Churchill came back to Downing Street in 1951, it's too late. Stalin already had A-bomb 2 years ago, and both east Europe bloc and China had turned deep red.

Germans would be used as a main force to resist Stalin. FDR only wanted to be the arsenal of the Allies. If Japanese hadn't attacked Pearl Harbor, FDR would have never sent US troops to fight anybody.

Please remember that neIther Cairo meeting nor Potsdam meeting had happened yet, Churchill's not bonded by any formal agreement at this moment. On the US side, George Patton would agree with Churchill almost 100%. But FDR would not. The result is likely being neutral, offering no help to either Churchill or Stalin. Actually FDR would regard this as a chance to move US military from Europe to the Pacific theater to fight the crazy Japanese. 3. With Anglo's help and American's neutrality, Speer was able to recover German military industry in 6 months. 1945's German production will surpass 1943 and 1944. Stalin's Red Army could be stopped at 1938 Russia border. 4. In the worst case Red Army could break the 1938 border and occupy Berlin. But Wehrmacht can retreat to Jutland. No way Stalin can defeat Kriegsmarine and Luftwaffe during his lifetime. With Anglo's help, Germans will recover most part of Germany in a few years. Note this is the worst case scenario. No need to mention other Lend-lease aids except foods. Germans occupied or destroyed 70% Soviet agricultural regions including entire Ukraine during 1941, and another 20% mainly the Volga River areas during 1942. Without Anglo-American's food aids, Russians would have a horrible famine in 1942, and all Russians starved to death in 1943. There would be no fight between Germans and Russians in year 1943 because the latter all had become freezed dead bodies. Khrushchev admitted in 1950s that he had nothing but US-supplied SPAM to feed his soldiers during the Battle of Stalingrad. Khrushchev is much better than most nowadays Russian ass-licking "historians".

Ukraine and Belarus were lost in 1941 Operation Barbarossa, which successfully destroyed everything west of Moscow. Volga river region were lost to Manstein in 1942. In Ural mountains you can build factories to make tanks and cannons, but unfortunately cannot grow foods there (even today with state-of-art technology). You had your own lying as$ to harvest in Fall 1942 and 1943.

Stalin nearly arrested him to execute him, but for unknown reason sent him to Stalingrad. Battle of Stalingrad saved Khrushchev's life and career. Your Russian propaganda cannot even make such a simple history straight.
