Because Shi Zhengli's lab is capable of doing genetic modifications to mutate its bat virus depot (the largest bat virus depot in the entire world with about 1,500 bat viruses, also one of the bat virus RaTG13 Shi published in Jan 27 is known to be the world champion in terms of closeness to the pandemic virus) and it is in the neighborhood of the outbreak wet market, it is basic elementary-school level logic to say the POSSIBILITY DOES EXIST. Anybody who refuse to see the possibility is either a CCP agent (with ulterior motives or hidden CCP connections) or a foolish dumba$$ who should go back to elementary school. For example, Fauci approved millions of US dollars grant to Wuhan Institute of Virology during 2010s. Please check Joshua Philipp's channel for proofs. Fauci is partially responsible for the pandemic if the Wuhan Institute of Virology leaked the virus. That is the reason why Fauci is so eager to deny the possibility of lab leak, because he has a hidden connection to the Wuhan institute.
