  2.  @kurthaas4331  . You need to check Alan Dershowitz's interpretation of Section 230. Facebook and twitter are protected by Section 230 right now. But it doesn't mean they are doing the right thing. Dershowitz considers Facebook and Twitter's censorship as currently-legal but permanently-immoral. Amending Section 230 is needed if we don't want USA become a fascist regime. Censoring political opponents for political reasons is always the 1st warning sign of becoming a fascist regime.
