@Nathanation88 . Self defense is rendered on threat to life, not specifically on guns. 1. If the attacker has guns, then it is threat to life if the attacker points the gun at you or issues verbal threat to kill you. 2. If the attacker has knifes, then it is threat to life if the attacker is within 10 yard because he can cut his target open in this scenario. 3. If the attacker has no gun and no knife, then it is threat to life if the attacker is within 3 yard because he can use barehands to knock his target out of consciousness in this scenario. Therefore, Kyle Rittenhouse's life was threatened in every case concerning Rosenbaum (condition 3), Huber (condition 3), Gertz (condition 1). It's 100% self defense. QED. This is basic common sense the Ministry of Truth media doesn't have.

All 50 state gun laws give US citizens the right of self-defense using deadly force if the attacker poses imminent threat to life of the gun owner or a third party. Automatic already means fully-automatic. Semi-automatic just literally means semi-automatic. FYI, automatic means automatic reloading and refiring. Semi- means half. Semi-automatic only does half of automatic's job, i.e., reloading only. You don't need to add "fully" here to say some ridiculous thing like semi-fully-automatic weapon. "Fully" is fully redundant here.

It is classified as part of machine gun. The United States National Firearms Act handbook DOES NOT list an AR15 AS A MACHINE GUN!!! It only lists AR15's lower/upper as part of machine gun. What NFA really says is "specific models of machineguns incorporating the above designs and the portion of the weapon that has been held to be the receiver" where "the above designs" refers to the "capability of shooting MORE THAN ONE SHOT automatically". If you have a legally-bought AR15 which cannot shoot MORE THAN ONE SHOT automatically", you don't have a machine gun. American gun stores simply do not sell any machine gun to civilians. Period.

Both are simply non-existent on the civilian gun market. In other words, a non-government legal person cannot buy it. Period. @Nathanation88 . Check with your lawyers. Most lawyers interpret the expression "can be readily restored to shoot" involves with certain kind of mechanical modification. If your gun doesn't have the mechanical modifications to enable more than one shot, then you don't have a machine gun.
