  3.  @agreetodisagree4751  As a decentralized finance fan, I believe TERM LIMIT is a critical rule that was missed by our Founding Fathers (anyway they were just human). It should be constitutionalized from the very beginning. You know that the essential difference between PoW (Proof-of-Work) and PoS (Proof-of-Stake) is every share in PoW expires after the current block is found. Every worker has to contribute his/her brand new shares to a new block. In other words, PoW has a TERM LIMIT mechanism. PoS doesn't have such a mechanism. You hold a stake which will automatically give you brand new shares for a new block. PoS is basically what conventional FIAT banks and reserves have done for centuries.
