FYI, in January 1942's Rezhev-Vyazima battles, Lend-lease aids hadn't arrived yet to Soviet, there was no American trucks. Thus Zhukov's soldiers had to carry light weapons by manual labor only, then were mowed down by German MG machine guns batch by batch. Zhukov lost to General Model in January 1942, and would keep on losing unless lend-lease arrived in time.
