@teletek1776 . As I previously said, you and your cronies belong to Russo-Chinese school where "socialism" only refers to Marxism-Leninism-Stalinism. You don't need to explain "which isn’t my definition, but the definition of Marx himself". That's exactly what I mean. You are a Marxist, of course your definition is Marx's definition. Otherwise I wouldn't have called you a Marxist.
Again as I previously said, our definition of "socialism" (as "governmentism") is logically consistent, empirically sound and explains very well the intrinsic nature of China regime after 1949. An ideology vouching for the government control of majority (>50%) of the economy IS socialism. At 51% it is entry-level socialism, At 100% it is extreme socialism, for example, what happened in Soviet Union, Nazi Germany and Mao's China, 100% partisan government control over everything. In other words, the partisan governement leader can do anything he wants to do if he really wants.
If you have ever graduated from elementary school, you should be able to understand the simple arithmetic (50%, 100%) in this definition, and you can simply look it up in Webster Dictionary:
Socialism,
a way of organizing a society in which major industries are owned and controlled by the government rather than by individual people and companies.
