Dude, currently in USA the Democrat party is becoming the American Commie party. If CCP is commie at phase 10, then Democrat is commie at about phase 3. The Demonrats already started to censor their political opponents, and also do all those cancelling stuffs, basically certain kind of purge happened in Soviet Union and PR China.

@LucianGarz-x9q . Only in your socialist dystopia Democrats are way better than Republicans. Give you an analogy. The politcal & economical problems of a human society is like the health problem of a human body. In most of the time, your body is healthy so you only take foods everyday. Don't take any medicine because it wrecks havoc to your body when you are indeed healthy. Only when your health is in crisis, aka. you are ill, you take medicine, and in some life-or-death emergencies, you take A LOT OF medicine. When you are not ill, stop taking medicine or you will go to hell soon. What I want to say is: Capitalism is like the human body. Free-market is like the food. And socialism (or "governmentism" if I am allowed to use a better term) is like the medicine. If you regard medicine as food, then you would go to hell soon. All socialism coutries go to hell in a long run (say, longer than a decade). It's not a coincidence. It's a fact.

@LucianGarz-x9q . A better term for socialist is governmentist. Democrats are governmentists vouching for government's interference everywhere. They are socialists. So are Marxism-Leninism socialists (communists). So are national socialists (Nazi). All of the above are governmentists/socialists. If your definition of "socialist" follows Russian-Chinese nomenclature, then you are in a wrong place because we are in an American website speaking American English.
