  4.  @AlixBurrell  ...No, I do not get you. Abstinence should never be old fashioned. The possibility of changing your mind is still there as is the fear of an annoying and expensive lawsuit for the doctors that perform them. Plus, women naturally stop having children anyway during a thing called menopause. Why the rush?

  9.  @TheSunflowerGoddess  I do not believe men should have children out of wedlock either. It is just not my fault that, unlike vasectomies, tubal ligations are irreversible. When medical science advances enough, watch me not care, let alone say anything. By the way, contraception includes condoms, insist your sexual partner use them. Also, by the sheer impersonal happenstance of females being the only ones that can have children... YES, they ARE most, if not solely responsible, for children.(Which would JUSTIFY tubal ligation actually but I am just responding to your above, likely rhetorical, comment).
