  1. Agreed. I also believe capitalism and socialism can coexist. It bothers me when political pundits bash socialism when there are a many great social institutions out there that cushions the hard fall of capitalist failure. What I and my fellow right-wingers hate is COMMUNISM. I do not use the word socialism synonymously with the word communism.
