  3. If the punishment should fit the crime, does that mean all rapists should be raped? Should all thieves have their hands or fingers cut off? And continuing the thief example, not all thieves are muggers, shoplifters, robbers, and pickpockets. What if you are a white collar criminal like an embezzling banker or insider trader? What then?
