Because the issue is never the issue. In other words, it's all about control. Every single aspect of climate change, net zero is about restricting your freedoms and making you pay for the privilege.

@MelodyMan69 no, it not ALL about tax. That's only part of the issue. The main part is about controlling every single aspect of your life. What do you think 15 minute cities, age nda 2030, the 17 Esg's are about? Why is the goal to make everything electrified and do away with gas and hydrocarbon based fuels? Why is everything being made 'smart'. Sorry but if you think the only reason is to tax you then you really haven't been paying attention. If you haven't then you'll find it impossible to believe that the proposals here in the UK are to close virtually every airport by 2050 if not sooner. You won't be going anywhere if these People their way and they won't if people don't start waking up to what's going on. I'll repeat those words. The issue is never the issue. Think about it. Climate change can and is being used as a bogeyman to do ANYTHING they want and that includes controlling the food supply. Haven't you read, listened to or watched anything on the plan for massive population reduction? Haven't you seen the people who say the carbon they want to reduce is YOU? If you think this is all a conspiracy theory then think again. It is however, definitely a conspiracy. Against US!

@MelodyMan69 of course. A cashless society, digital IDs, and central bank digital currencies is the goal. It makes everything else possible. That's why I only ever use cash wherever I can and I won't use any over the counter service that won't take it.

@MelodyMan69 yeh, true but I reckon that where we're at now has always been their aim. The technology wasn't available back then to carry out what they can do now. Our government have tried to pass a bill to allow the inland revenue to spy on our bank accounts. I don't doubt they already do it now. We will ultimately have absolutely no privacy.
