It's all about bringing in the algorithm ghetto which is about restricting people's movements and ability to venture far from home. Everything will be powered by electricity which means one easy method of controlling the energy supply. The grid is under strain now, imagine in a decade what it will be like. Then you'll have the solution to the problem. Problem, reaction, solution every single time. You'll be confined to your 15 minute smart city and going nowhere. THIS is the real goal.
