@adelarsen9776 yes, Dr Ken Berry is an absolute stalwart. Love this guy. Funny but years ago back in my younger days when I fell for the mainstream narrative in many ways, I always ate the fat, always used butter and always said to my wife to never buy low fat anything. She used to tell me off when I ate the fat but now she often humbly reminds me by saying 'you were right'! I've got 2 ribeyes ready for this evening!
