  1. @anneheard9381 difficult one isn't it? It's always the​ people at the bottom (I don't mean that disparagingly) that have to bear the brunt. What do people do though? Not boycott the company, giving carte Blanche to every other organisation who knows they can get away with it? Personally, I not only won't support these organisations, I'll actively cancel any contracts I have with them.
