  1. Nor wildly wrong, idk, but the borrowed energy, time thing is old fashioned perturbation theory, which was ushered out in 1948 with Feynmans version of virtual particles, which conserve energy and momentum. It really doesn’t help any form of understand, but pop sci ppl won’t stop with it.
