well, it's cylindrical from out point of view because our point of view defines the cylindrical axis.

so HDF was 1:1300 (2.6' x 2.6') www says a grains of sand has a diameter of 0.05mm to 2 mm, and an arm, which is like 2/3 m? A direct comparison would be nice. IN theory web is 100x hubble, but is this *that*? idk.

you can't see (in light) past the CMB. Before that, the universe was opaque.

that's the whole point. This image is 100x the Hubble deep field, so this corresponds to a few pixels in that image. It's Galaxies all the way down.
