  1. I worked on a NASA unmanned sensor platform. It was called the " uninhabited arial vehicle etc...(UAVSAR)", because "unmanned" hurt the feeling of those who find Elon "problematic". Habitation of an arial platform is clearly a stretch...but now, in the DoD sector, we have the abomination " uncrewed aircraft". Not only is it not a word per spellcheck, it's flat out wrong: The RQ-whatever Reaper Drone HAS A CREW, it's just in Nevada or Florida.\ I heard it last at work last week and almost barfed, luckily, I'm in the space sector so I'll never have to use it professionaly. The only thing that would get me to stop using "unmanned" would be a pilot from the immaculate constellation program (if it exists).
