I don't understand why someone in that position would post. I've been working in science and engineering "of national significance", and would never post something connected to my work.

It's not her fault she was incompetent. She didn't know she was, because her superiors told her she was a role-model boss babe. She was probably a decent pilot, better than any of us, but the Social Engineers in the Army pushed her beyond her abilities and now everyone is dead.
