in non-relativistic quantum mechanics, yes, but we all know the speed-of-light cannot be beat.

no. The speed of light limits your reach, per Einstein's Facts of Relativity. However, in non-relativistic quantum mechanics (QM), the wave function is non-zero, but tiny, at arbitrarily large distances. QM is an approximation to reality.

exp(-r/a0) never goes to zero, but it gets really small, fast. Of course, that is in the approximation that is non-relativistic quantum mechanics. irl, the electron wavefunction is limited by the speed of light.

not really. That "across the universe" thing is in the approximate solution to atoms. In real life, the size is limited. On the other hand, in the full relativistic quantum field theory, your atoms don't even have an individual identity, e.g., all water molecules of H2O are indistinguishable, and may even be entangled.
