  2. pretty sure I've used reversed(sorted(x)), not sorted(x, reversed=True). for TWO DECADES.

  3.  @Indently  Release the GIL..just run parallel screens. BTW: What is the GIL, why have I been reading about it for 20 years, idk...the best part of python is not worrying about implementation ...and then along comes the GIL.
