it takes about 1 year at 1 g to get relativistic enough to get to a star system.(See: Rindler Coordinates for the math),.

electricity is a tad slower. Since wires have a finite size, there is a maximum frequency at which they will work (that's why microwave circuits, GHz, have waveguides, not wires). Hence: the dispersion relation looks like: (freq)^2 = (1/wavelength)^2 + (cut-off)^2 Note how this looks like (with hbar=c=1): (energy)^2 = (momentum)^2 + (mass)^2 so the cuts-off frequency act like an effective mass, and thus: df/d(1/lambda) < c.

yes, it has energy, which is the same as mass. A blackhole's mass is entirely made from curved spacetime, there is no there there.

a surfboard made of positrons would have enough electrostatic energy to form a blackhole, and if not: the repulsive force is enough to gravitationally unbind the Sun, let alone the Earth.

antimatter may be mirror-image, time-reverse matter in quantum field theory, but in general relativity: it is no different from matter, so you're going to need a lot of I-don't-know-what in the back.
