Lol you do realize that every inch of borders is not manned? There's local forces covering a large section of the border and it can take a while to arrive depending on where they are stationed. This is true for every large country, not just Russia

@Gabriel C. Those reserves weren't on the Frontline anyway. They are likely border guard units stationed at the border for precisely this purpose - or trainees. Point is - they didn't divery resources from the front

@gabrielc.2177 no. They were planning on digging trenches (we saw photos of them beginning to do so) and then pushing through with other forces coming from Ukraine. There won't be significant reinforcement as long as it's just small scale raids. The point is it doesn't really take away from Russias front line capabilities as those troops weren't going to the front anyway

@Robin Bot lol how do you know it won't work across US border? There's thousands of people crossing the US Mexico border in droves on a daily basis that can't be stopped. Even trumps wall sint helping much and you expect a much larger border to be easier to defend?
