  2. I think this is a massive cope. Probably it's a nothing burger and is just corrupt machinations within Russias General Staff. I've been hearing about troops in Belarus preparing a super duper offensive and attacking Kiev since summer. I wouldn't pay it much heed. If Russia wanted to attack Odessa, they'd have destroyed HIMARs, held onto Kherson and been moving towards Nikolaev faster than they were.
