Comments by "And Rei" (@AndRei-yc3ti) on "How Tough Are They? The True Size of Russian Defenses in Ukraine - 3D DOCUMENTARY" video.
@Lassisvulgaris And where in their stated inital goals did they say they were going to take Kharkov and Kiev? Need I remind you that Russia's stated goals were: - to demilitarize and denazify Ukraine - prevent it from joining NATO - helping LPR/DPR It hasn't failed in any of these objectives.

@Lassisvulgaris they are digging in because Ukraine announced a counteroffensive lol. It would be atupid not to. Theyll just let Ukraine break its teeth on their defenses then counter attack. On the retreat in many places? Such as? So far all Im seeing is Ukraine retreating - for example at the Kupyansk direction. Russia has arnd 28k kia and overall 45k losses. We do know that Europe admitted Ukraine has over 100k losses though

@frankxxx69 The problem with Ukrainian JDAMS is that they get jammed by Russian electronic warfare. Apparently Ukraine has had little success in jamming Russian ones.

@The_ZeroLine F16s are no different than the planes Ukraine already has. Literally they don't do anything their MiG29s can't already do. The reason the US wants to send F16s is because they've run out of Sukhoi and MiGs to send ot Ukraine.

@creaturesofqueens The local populations isn't really resisting though. You can find any number of videos of people living in Melitopol or Berdyansk and they are pretty staunchly pro-Russian. All the pro-Ukrainian people have already left. From what I've seen, Ukrainian troops aren't really welcomed there, which is part of the way that Russia is able to detect Ukrainian ammo depots and positions - since many locals give them away using any number of telegram bots.

@creaturesofqueens NATO has no idea what its talking about, it was trying to convince us Russia was running out food, missiles, ammo, etc back in march. And how exactly is Russian gear obsolete? They have some of the best bodyarmor that can withstand multiple AK rounds from 20 meters (plenty of videos on youtube testing it), Russian army uses ZenitCo optics which is also excellent (and is popular in the US amongst enthusiasts), they Electronic warfare systems are some of the best as well as they are able to jam even NATO systems and totally shut down US made drones like the Switch Blade making them fall from the sky. Who told you that the average soldier is undertrained? Look at Wagner, they trained a bunch of convicts to be at the level of the Ukrainian army and took bakhmut. According to mediazona (Estonian monitors of Russian losses) Russia only had 28k KIA and most of their losses were in first few months of the war since then their losses have dropped off significantly.
5
So what you're saying is Ukrainian army doesn't need to eat and be supplied either. Got it.
4
@youngminpark3173 Ukraine didn't take much land at all. If you look at the map it took them two months to take ONE FIELD in the Vremensky Salient. In comparison, Russia has been chiling with their KA-52 helicopters and blowing up leopards.

@TheShadowOfZama Who told you Russia's energy sector is in shambles? Russia is somehow one of the only economies to grow this year thanks in large part to its energy sector. NATO is running out of ammunition and won't be able to mass produce more for years. The reason it sends F16s is that it ran out of things to send. Over time as F16s start getting shot down, US will send far fewer or risk losing their own airforce.
3
@youngminpark3173 the casualties at Ugledar (not Vuhledar, stop twisting names please!) were not that signficant. There were even videos of the uninjured Russian tankers at hospitals in St Petersburg. They were doing sports and running around.
3
@MaththeCanadian who told you Ukraine are better fighters though? Ukraine literally lost against Wagner convicts with ammo shortages in Bakhmut where it was infantry vs infantry fights house for house. It also lost against Chechens fighting house to house in Marioupol. In what world are Ukrainians better fighters pound for pound?
2
@GoldKalash yes NATO equipment has shown itself to be rather worthless. Look how fast Leopards tie to mines. There's a reason that US never sent Abrams, they knew theyd get blown up too fast and that would look embarassing!
2
@kirkpatrick7475 lol wagner went in much much later. The truth is that Donbass was unhappy with Maidan and instead of talking to us, Ukraine sent soldiers. Little did Ukraine know that most of these soldiers would join our side since they were also from the region. Nobody was tortured for supporting Russia lol. Who told you that? I personally know of people who got kidnapped and killed by Ukrainian soldiers and security personnel. It was the Ukrainians doing it not the Russians. For the first year and a half we saw no Russians, even the head of the SBU confirms it. You should go look it up.
2
@MaththeCanadian And yet the army that he said has not been rotated has already beat off a few more Ukrainian attacks. Interesting how that works.
1
@terrestrialextra4790 tens of thousands? Bro Russian kia are only 28k according to independent observers. Prigozhin made a big deal out of 38 killed Wagner in one day, and made an angry video about it. That implies Wagner losses were far smaller than that.
1
@MrMarsh263 And its been 2 months and Ukraine has taken one whole field and has failed to penetrate Russian screening lines, let alone actual defensive lines they haven't even reached lel
1
@TheRezro cope pyramids have done a good job stopping NATO tanks though...so maybe you're the one that's coping?
1
@jaazz90 The war was started by Ukraine by declaring an ATO on its own citizens rather than negotiating with them as a democratic country would do.
1
@77Beneboy When you say "Slava Ukraini" don't forget to add a Zeig Heil at the end, after all that's how the saying went since its inception.

@bluemarlin8138 Russia jams wherever there is NATO equipment detected and it instantly stops working. This has essentially nullified HIMARs. Inertial navigation systems are very inaccurate and Russia jams the signal between the NATO aircraft and the bomb. Russian glide bombs are just as accurate as JDAMs as we saw in Bakhmut and just as we see them landing bombs right in Ukrainian trenches 😂💀 Also, NATO planes wont change anything - they dont do anything a MiG29 cant do, problem is theyll just get shot down and make US aircraft look bad lol. US isnt going to deliver too many of them to make any difference. Besides they are delivering only fighter jets not utility planes. As for "jamming a weapon", yes i am aware, its less typing to say "jamming a weapon" rather than "jamming the signal of a weapon"
1
@danielalala-s6i Why would the Russians take the entire continent lmao. They don't want war with NATO. If NATO never went into Ukraine this war wouldn't have happened. In fact Russians spent years trying to avoid this scenario and really held back right after invasion - trying to negotiate a settlement with Zelensky. A settlement was almost achieved too, until Boris Johnson scuttled it by promising Ukraine more weapons and money.

@youngminpark3173 lol any assualt has casualties, casualties happen in war. Oryx confirmed 80 visual losses? Wut? I follow this war and didnt count any more than 10 tanks lost, and i went through the Oryx sources. Everyone knows by now that Oryx falsifies their data and has been caught numerous times passing off Ukrainian losses as Russian ones, counting photoshopped or repainted tanks as Russian, etc. They have also been reluctant to admit Ukrainian losses in this counteroffensive and frequebtly undercount them. Ah so you admit then that the losses were not that significant then. Glad we are on the same page :) If you are going by historical precedent, then the correct term is Kiev and Ugledar, as these are the names the towns were founded under :)
1
@The_ZeroLine lol Ukrainian MiGs already have all that though. Theyve been upgraded to work with NATO tech. There is literally no difference with F16s. In fact if anything it might make US planes look bad when they start getting shot down en masse
1
@FifinatorKlon because many Eastern European NATO members had them
1
@PeterMuskrat6968 The kerch bridge has no military value now though. It hasn't been used for military transport since it got blown up last time and since then its been declared "unsafe for military use". Russia uses its land bridge in ukraine to supply its troops
1
@301BOYSWP ah yes "bullshit goals" according to internet commentator. Besides less "bullshit" compared to the fake US WMD goals in Iraq
1
@AJuniorOutdoorsman has Russia failed tho? Russia demilitarized Europe (its running out of ammo stocks and ability to send aid, also Europe is rapidky deindustrializing itself), Ukraines losses are through the roof that its forced to mobilize univerdity students and is calling for the mobilization of children and Ukraine only on western aide
1
@Barqop lmao who told you that? The numbers I am citing are from Mediazona, a BBC funded organization who follows Russias losses. Ukraine on the other hand has admitted to more than 300k losses (though some on Ukrainian TV have stated over 1 million)
1
@kirkpatrick7475 Nope. DPR/LPR were never Russian troops.I am from that region (Donetsk) and they were always our local men. Russia only started helping us when they realized we'd hold off Ukraine back in 2014.
1
@SonsOfLorgar No not on civilians. Ukraine tends to hide miitary equipment in densely occupied cities. There's plent of proof of it if you bother to look
