An arms embargo needs to be enforced against Hamas and Israel, Gaza needs to be declared a demilitarized zone, and there needs to be a UN mandate deploying Peacekeepers, preferably from Ireland and/or Mexico with the power to enforce a ceasefire so negotiations to a permanent settlement can begin in good faith.

Furthermore, take this figure in the context of the fact that the last time the denazified Ukraine they suffered 2.4 million casualties and it took two years to accomplish, by last times standards, they would be looking at 600,000 casualties by this point, and controlled less territory, so yes, they are going strong.
