@frankdebest4445 no, Ukraine adhering to Minsk 1 & 2 would have done that, shame they didn't.

@user-mq7vf9me3y yes they did what's your justification of burning civilians alive in Odessa then? if your side in this is so right and just, shouldnt be hard for ya, in response to the brown shirt tactics used by the coup supporters in Kiev, several regions broke away out of fear of the same things being done to them, in response the regime labeled the eastern population as terrorist and began a punitive campaign against the populace with no regard for civilian casualties. attacking civilians that shared russian citizenship Russia had the obligation to defend these people, still they held off for 7 years trying to find a peaceful solution, to which kiev was clearly never interested in.

@lesleystewart5882 yeah, and in doing so saved thousands of lives from Ukrainians that have no care regarding civilian casualties and collateral damage. They likewise evacuated russian civilians to prevent another massacre like we all witnessed in Odessa and Mariupol

@borderlanduk3885 Finland and Sweden didnt repeatedly violate a ceasefire with russia and kill russian civilians in the process, Ukraine did, and while I dont agree with putin or even like the man, the nation had the obligation to intervene to protect its citizens, no different than when the US invaded Panama and Grenada to protect its citizens, why does the west keep getting free passes and Russia is scrutinized for repeating what the west already did, pretentious no?

@themetalhead1463 they were killing thousands of donbas civilians with indiscriminate artillery strikes from 2014 onwards, many of the residents of estan Ukraine have held dual citizenship to and prior to 1991, when russian citizens came under threat, russia tried to mediate in there interest, when ukraine continued to violate ceasefire agreements with the DNR-LNR and continue to kill russian civilians in the process, russia had the obligation to intervene, ukraine left russia with no choice, Russia doing nothing would have been tantamount to Goerge H.W. Bush telling those student hostages in Grenada to pisss off because it's wrong to invade a sovereign nation, there is context here, why the west chose to ignore so as to sell a narrative is beyond me

You dont have to be a fan of Putin to admit that everything he said was true, this war continues because its profitable, not because a y care for the plight of Ukrainian or Donbas civilians
