  2. They really cant as migrants arent criminals, being undocumented in the US is a civil violation, not a crime, and for ing undocumented migrants into slave labor would be in violation of the 13th amendment of the US constitution.

  5. ​ @JonBongJovi-i7c prisoners that havent been tried for any crime that were shipped to an illegal military facility that is governed by military law as the constitution does not apply there, If Russia or China or Iran did this the US would be calling for sanctions.
