Yeah looking at the map and how every week another city in easter Ukraine becomes Russian I'd say the US did it's part but the Ukrainian conscripts are failing at theirs, the best combat forces Ukraine had were the foreign volunteers in Azov but most of them are long dead or left when Ukraine decided not to pay them.

  18. ​ @mariakoshel8889 well, from the news reports I've watched and read, many people especially older generations in the Donbas republic's have said that they felt safer in the Union, there was always peace with their neighbors, that life was better, they had stability and progress, that the west would never dare to overthrow the government of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, then in the Donbas there are several brigades of the DNR and LNR militias that were members of Borotba and the Russian Communist party who volunteered to defend they're homes, familes and culture from fascist aggression, then there is the International brigade made up of communist from Cuba, Nicuagua, Colombia, Venezuela, Spain and Italy that are now fighting for the defence of Russia, the Donbas and town by city liberate the Ukrainian people from a corrupt regime, I dont say this to criticize them or Russia, but they're sacrifices and dreams should not be ignored or forgotten.   27. ​ @JoseChavez-f1u because that not the case, Ukraine absolutley asked for Russia to intervene when they violated Minsk 1 & 2, they asked for it when they choose to invade the donbass in 2014 instead of negotiating autonomy, they asked for it when anti-Russian cultural laws were forced through the Rada at gunpoint, and the US asked for it when they funded a coup to oust Yanukovych from elected office because he was friendly with Russia.

The US agreed to uphold Ukraines independence and sovereignty in the Budapest Memandoram, lest you forget the US State Department funded an armed coup in 2014 to oust Ukraines elected government because of its economic ties with Russia, that is breach of sovereignty, in the agreement Ukraine agreed to uphold the rights and saftey of the russian people that reside in Ukraine, they violated this when they passed anti-Russian discrimination laws through the Rada in 2014, and when they launched an invasion against the donbass in 2014, to which Russia tried to mediate for a decade before being forced to intervene.
