@Ricky battlefield has been an alternate history arcade series since battlefield 1942 secret weapons, it was an alternate history of WW1 in the last battlefield, if your wanting realism you have completely misunderstood what Battlefield is about. Women can kill nazi's too, thats no greater of a leap than tanks that can move 4x faster than real life or half of the weapons featured in the series that never left the prototype stage, most of the developers were men, the point of incorperating more women into the game was an economic choice, simply trying to have the game recieved by a larger audience, Probably would have been more realistic to simply base the game on the eastern front as thousands of Russian women fought in combat against the fascist, but that would have likely only placed more claims of a "leftist agenada" regardless.

@Ricky umm, they didnt name it WW2, they named it Battlefield V,I think your thinking of CoD WWII or is the game cover just lying to me? What your saying they should do, is exactly what they did from the outset, im not telling you to do shite mate, you can do what you wish, i'm just laughing at all the hate for the reasons previously mentioned.

@Ricky Its setting is accurate as an alternate history ww2? It seems redundant that they would have to state that they are something they have always been about? BF1? Alternate history, BF4? Alternate history that plays into the near future, BF3? Still waiting to invade Iran and fight russian paras on the ground, Please dont even make me mention the bad company series, dice has always put fun over realism, why should they change?

@Ricky Again, my lack of understanding is that the motivations behindhavent changed since, I likely wont be playing the game, not for any point of realism but because the SMLE was swapped for the No.4, even when several less predominant weapons featured in BF1 will be reapearing such as the Mauser M1916, that never left the prototype stage of development, I was hoping for an eastern front as I have seen the fall of the Reichstag from the CoD perspective but was really hoping to see what dice could do to rip Berlin a new arsehole with katyusha's, as it seems that this won't be the case, I will likely stick to Red Orchestra 2 for my WW2 fix
